Commuters Who Sit At Places For Differently-abled People In Mumbai Locals Get Wheelchairs

Passengers travelling in coach for ‘handicapped’ people in a local train in Mumbai might never repeat it again. Railway Protection Force (RPF) at Kurla station made a group of passengers sitting the disabled coaches find their way out in wheelchair and crutches.
Our goal is to make these people realise what trauma a physically challenged commuter faces. By publicly shaming them, we hope that they will avoid entering the reserved compartments in the near future,” Suresh Atri, Kurla RPF told Mid-day.
