Children with learning disabilities are often ignored by both general education and special education schools. In special education set up, every child is unique and is required to be diagnosed for his present developmental milestones status to evolved individualized instructional programme and plans.
It has been found that children with learning disabilities are often having average or above average intelligence. Therefore, it is necessary to build a culture of classroom and action research to improve teaching practice and teaching material for children with special needs. The home support for such children also requires training of parents also.
